🌱 Welcome to The Sustainable School

We’re a school without walls — a movement to nurture future-ready kids through joyful, hands-on learning rooted in sustainability.

The Sustainable School is an enrichment programme that brings hands-on, story-rich STEAM learning to primary school children — inspiring creativity, curiosity, and care for our planet.

Founded by Alice Yu Yuebo, a PhD candidate at the University of Otago and passionate sustainability educator, we help kids explore big ideas like climate change and innovation through play and purpose.

Our vision is simple: to grow curious, creative, and conscious eco-leaders — wherever they live.

💡 What We Do

Each week, children explore real-world themes through:

Learning for All

When you enrol in a TSS programme, you're doing more than just signing up for a class — you're helping make STEAM learning accessible to all. A portion of every paid session supports our Learning for All initiative, which provides free or sponsored education to under-resourced children and families through our community partnerships.

Thank you for helping us grow a kinder, smarter world — one child at a time. 🌏
